TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accepting your FUNERGY Quote you (the client) agree to the following;

General terms & conditions:

  • CHILDREN TO BE SUPERVISED BY THEIR PARENT/GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES

  • If your event requires minding services where parents/guardians will be elsewhere, please inform us so we can work with you to accommodate this request.

  • FUNERGY reserves the right to refuse service to any one of any age.

  • For any event further than 50km from Broome, ending later than 19.00; please provide accommodation & storage for equipment, unless allowed for in Quote.

Pricing & Payments

  • Booking Invoice terms: 30% of Quote to be paid within 14 days OR before event date, sent after written confirmation.

  • Without payment of your Booking Invoice, your date may be reopened for other bookings.

  • Booking Invoices are non-refundable.

  • Main Invoice terms: To be paid before event setup. If Main Invoice is not submitted before event, terms are strictly 7 days.

  • If payment of Main Invoice is not made in time, the client accepts the following actions;

- Equipment & services being declined on event date.

- A 25% (not exceeding $250.00 + GST) late payment fee of full quoted price.

  • Some clients may only receive 1 Invoice totalling the whole amount of the Quote. If so, 30% of that Invoice counts as the non-refundable booking payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We (FUNERGY, the entertainer) understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please see our refund and cancellation terms below:

Cancellations

  • 30+ days before the event: Full credit of Main Invoice toward a future booking.

  • 30 - 14 days before the event: 50% credit of Main Invoice.

  • Less than 14 days: Non-refundable.

Changes to Bookings

  • Date or time changes must be requested at least 14 days prior and are subject to entertainer availability.

  • Date or time changes will incur an additional 30% booking charge of the total booking.

  • Date or time changes are allowed only once per booking.

 Credits

  • Approved credits do not include the non-refundable 30% booking charge.

  • Approved credits may be applied to a future booking within 12 months of the original event date and are subject to entertainer availability.

 Booking Invoices

  • Booking invoices are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they secure the event date and entertainers.

  • Some clients may only receive 1 Invoice totalling the whole amount of the Quote. If so, 30% of that Invoice counts as the non-refundable booking payment.

Organisation-Initiated Cancellations

If FUNERGY must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness), the client will receive a full credit or may reschedule to another available date.
